Privacy Notice
This notice describes the current public website experience. For questions about a customer engagement, contract or retained business record, contact TEQ directly.
Contact requests
The contact form sends your name, email, request and any optional company, telephone or location details to the website server to prepare an email to info@teqegypt.com. TEQ uses these details to assess and respond to your service request. The handler does not save a website lead database or log message bodies. Requests pass through the hosting mail service and may be retained in TEQ’s mailbox under its business-record practices. Acceptance by the mail service does not confirm inbox delivery. If you use email or WhatsApp directly, their services also process the information you send.
External services
The site includes links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn and Facebook. Their own privacy terms apply when you open or use them.
Website operation
Hosting and security infrastructure may create routine technical logs needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. To limit form abuse, the server keeps keyed IP hashes and request counters in private storage outside the public website; expired client entries are removed during later requests after 24 hours. These are technical records, separate from email messages. Do not send confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary for your service request.
